Massage has always been a way of demonstrating my gratitude and appreciation for my family and friends. Once I discovered my nerdy love and memorization affinity for anatomy, I decided to take my natural intuition and channel it into a deeper level of education at Healing Mountain Massage School in Orem. I’d never loved school more!
I’ve been a licensed massage therapist since April 2022, and since then, my style has become an effective blend of trigger point therapy, deep tissue, sports, and Swedish massage. Clients will often feel luxuriously relaxed by the end of my massages, despite how they had to breathe through the “good pain” spots earlier. I enjoy using my kinesiology knowledge to reverse engineer my clients’ pain. This helps release the shortened and tight muscles that are the root cause rather than solely working where it hurts. I take every opportunity to help educate my clients on how I can help them and how they can help themselves between massages for longer lasting health.
When I’m not giving massages, I’m either on the pickleball court with friends or cooking new recipes, often to share!
