We value our Leads and Managers. June of 2021 we took a 24hr trip to Ivins to experience the customer service at one of the best spas in the United States. During our stay staff was treated to training by D. Sanchez, therapist to the stars, they learned about personalities and how they affect the work place and interactions with clients, and we got to bond and spend time together.
Employees of the Month Quarterly Lunch & Bonuses:
Each month the different departments vote on their pick for employee of the month. This Employee is highlighted in our lobby the entire month and then quarterly these employees are treated to lunch and a little bonus check.
Each month we have a training for the entire staff. Continuing education is crucial in our field and so we make sure we are taking the time to keep everyone current with the trends and brushing up on skills to provided better service. We begin with a breakfast and break off into departments for specialized trainings.
During Halloween we always close the spa down early to have a dinner and have fun with our spouses and significant others. Last year we had an 80’s themed bowling/arcade party and the previous two years we did Murder Mystery parties.
Each December we close up early one day and have an Ugly sweater parties and gift exchanges for employees and their significant others.
The last two summers during 4th of July week, we BBQ’d at the lake with our families, and played on boats and jet skis.
June of 2021 we took 2 of our Service Specialist Managers and our Training Therapist to the Rocky Mountain Spa & Wellness Association Conference held at the Cliff Lodge. We spent the evening before receiving treatments at a local spa to experience their services and then spent the night at the Cliff Lodge ahead of the conference. We then spent the next day learning from and associating with other leaders in the Spa Industry here in Utah and from the Mountain West to learn about ways to improve our service and all about new products. It was fun being able to spend time together learning more about each other and the spa industry. ALWAYS LEARNING!
We are a team, we work hard and then we play hard. This year on July 1st we will close the spa for the entire day to go play at LAGOON with paid time off!!! That’s right, cause this whole entire team accomplished our goals. We will also be closed completely July 3rd to spend Independence Day weekend with our families!
Consistent schedules to build a clientele
75% of Medical, Dental & Vision for ALL employees who work more than 30 hours a week after their first 6 months. We also offer a Simple IRA with 3% employer contribution match.
$10,000 Life Insurance Plan for ALL employees who work more then 20 hours a week after their first 60 days.
We pay you as an employee! Have you worked for Chiropractors or other salons or spas and they have been giving you a 1099 at the end of the year? Unless you are renting a booth or space they are paying you illegally.
At Summit we believe that continuing education is key to both happy employees and customers. We are constantly looking for ways to increase our knowledge and offer the current market trends to our clients.
All employees receive a FREE float once a month for themselves and for someone else. You will also receive a 10% discount off of member pricing and 30% discounts on product. Trades are also available at cost per service between employees.
